Shipping Policy

CANDY ROX SHIPPING POLICIES:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt with the exception of orders placed over the weekend or during holidays, and in the case of out of stock items. For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item for a different one of equal or greater value.  

We ship year round, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, with most orders arriving within 5-7 business days to most US locations.  (See shipping options at checkout)  Please allow for an additional 2-3 business days for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

For an additional fee, Saturday delivery is available but requires a signature by the recipient. 

We ship via UPS and offer a variety of options.  Prices vary with the level of shipping as well as weight and size of shipment.  A “separate comment box” will be included at checkout in order to provide any special requests.  Please also feel free to call us at 1 (888) 769-6750 or email customerservice@candyrox.com, with any questions.

We consider the time period from May-September to be “warm weather shipping” months.  During this time we will do our best to pack your orders with cool packs and any other appropriate cooling materials as we deem necessary, to ensure your package is delivered without melting.  Extra shipping charges apply and will be posted during the check-out process.  In addition, during prime summer months (June-August), we may require customers to use the fastest shipping methods we offer.  No refunds or exchanges will made for melted candy if standard delivery is selected by you and the product is received melted during May-September. 

If ordering multiple items, please check off whether partial shipments are allowed.  In some instances, a portion of an order might be available while another might be on back order.  Please feel free to call or email with any concerns or special requests.  We will always do our best to accommodate you!

For corporate orders or orders exceeding $1,000.00, please contact us and we will work to provide you with the best shipping rates and packaging solutions possible.

We currently ship to a limited number of international locations so please give us a call at 1 (888) 769-6750 or email customerservice@candyrox.com to inquire and an international specialist will assist you with your order.

Shipments are guaranteed for Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight (plus Saturday for additional fee and signature required). If our delivery partner misses the delivery then we will refund the shipping on your gift. Please know that if we were not able to deliver the package, this does not qualify as missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters and so forth void the delivery guarantee.

Please be careful in completing all delivery information as we will not refund shipping costs for packages not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (including omission of suite or apartment number, building or house number, etc.), or incorrect or misspelled recipient name. We are also not responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries due to recipient refusal of delivery, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, work stoppages, transportation disruptions, or other matters beyond our control.

If the package is returned with damages or package is lost, customer will be responsible for the full amount of the original charges.
